A comprehensive audit of your web application with actionable, prioritized recommendations. Includes a Lighthouse + WebPageTest + RUM analysis, a 30-page report, and a 90-minute readout call.

Rate: $3,500 — delivery in 2 weeks

2. Astro Architecture Review

A review of your Astro project structure for scale. I look at content collections, integration patterns, deployment targets, and build performance. Includes a written report and a 90-minute readout.

Rate: $2,500 — delivery in 1 week

3. Edge Migration Strategy

A strategy session for migrating compute from origin to the edge. Includes a feasibility analysis, a phased migration plan, and a 90-minute working session with your team.

Rate: $4,000 — delivery in 3 weeks

4. Team Workshop — Production Astro

A two-day hands-on workshop for engineering teams on building production apps with Astro. Covers SSR, islands, content collections, auth, and performance. Up to 12 engineers.

Rate: $8,000 — plus travel if on-site
